The vast majority of the economic reports and blog posts I authored in my three-plus years at CoreLogic (now known as Cotality) disappeared during the company’s 2025 rebrand, so the best I can do I do is link to a few semi-matching PR versions.
I always make a note to self to archive EVERYTHING I have ever written on the ever-fickle Interweb(since sites routinely shutter, companies routinely get bought, and archiving previous authors’ work is a very low priority for new owners) but that never actually happens when I leave a company or a project, which brings us to……..
